Ilene Schwartz joins Kroll Direct Marketing

Ilene Schwartz has joined Kroll Direct Marketing as a Senior Account Director in their list management division. Schwartz will work out of a satellite office located in Cleveland, OH. She previously managed in-house list and database sales operations for Advanstar Communications and Penton Media, gaining expertise in a wide variety of industries served by these companies in both the business-to-business and consumer markets. In between her stints in list management, Schwartz was responsible for new business development for the direct marketing division of Cleveland area ad agency, Liggett Stashower.

"I've known Lee Kroll for nearly 20 years, and am delighted to have the opportunity to be involved in list management with his company, " said Schwartz. "He is a terrific list marketer and I've learned a lot from him over the years."

Schwartz will focus on new business development in the Midwest region in a variety of direct marketing activities including list sales and marketing, compilations, circulation development and SMS text messaging. Shwartz is a member of the Northeast Ohio Direct Marketing Association where she served as President in 1991.
